Auras
Your auras can tell a lot about you, from your personality to your innermost emotions and conflicts, your thoughts, emotions, actions, and even your dietary choices can impact your aura. When you feel like you are having a really great day, the energy around you is shining brightly. The beauty that comes from within you comes from your aura.
The aura is known by another name in science, the electromagnetic field. In scientific research, we found that the aura is an electromagnetic field of energy that extends all around our body for about 3 to 5 feet (in an average healthy body) and appears to be depleted in cases of an unhealthy person.
The aura is made up of seven levels also called layers or auric bodies, which correspond to the seven chakras of the body. The physical level which requires comfort. pleasure and health. The etheric level where there is a need for self-acceptance, and self-love. The vital level where understanding situations in a clear linear rational way are important. The astral level there is a need for loving interaction with friends and family. The lower mental level there is a need to speak and follow the truth, alignment with the Divine will is required. The higher mental level there is a need for Divine Love and spiritual ecstasy. The Spiritual (intuitive) level there is a need for connection to the Divine mind and to understand the greater universal pattern. Each level has its own frequency, but it also affects and influences other levels around it.
Learning to see someone’s aura would be a great benefit because you would be able to see the truth about a person and they could not manipulate you into believing otherwise. And you would be able to detect health issues before physical symptoms occur.

Chakras
CHAKRAS
Everything in the universe is made of energy, this includes the body. Your body has seven centers of energy starting at the base of the spine and ending at the top of your head. These centers of energy are like wheels that spin and rotate. In a healthy, balanced person the seven chakras provide the right amount of energy to every part of your body, mind and spirit. This article will teach you the necessary information to guide you to assessing each chakra and how to bring it in to balance so that you can live a healthy and harmonious life.
Try this meditation to help you tune in to your chakras.
You want to start this meditation in a quiet and comfortable place. Take a few deep breaths, and as you exhale let tension and stress go. Just be in the moment and be aware of your body.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine, imagine a bright
spinning red light. Feel it spinning and rotating with your breath and take a moment.
Move your attention to your navel. Two inches below your belly button, imagine a bright spinning orange light. Feel it spinning and rotating with your breath and take a moment.
Now move your attention two inches above your belly button, imagine a bright spinning yellow light. Feel it spinning and rotating
with your breath. Take a moment
Move your attention up to the center of your chest where your
heart is, imagine a bright green spinning light. You might instinctively place your hand over this area. Connect with this area now.
Move your attention to your throat, imagine a bright blue spinning light. You may feel the urge to swallow or clear your throat. Take a moment.
Move your attention up to your forehead between your eyebrows or your third eye, imagine a bright indigo light, spinning and rotating with your breath. Imagine yourself becoming wiser as it spins. Take a moment.
Finally move your attention to the very top of your head, imagine a bright violet light spinning and rotating with your breath. This light connects you to the universe. Feel the peace that comes with noticing this light. Take a moment.
The first chakra also called the root chakra connects you to earth. This is called grounding. This chakras role is to give you everything that you need to survive. When balanced you will feel a sense of accomplishment. When this chakra is overactive it will cause problems such as anxiety and jitterness. Symptoms include fast heart rate, palpitations, heart burn, and interpersonal relationship issues. Balancing this chakra means taking that love you’ve given to others and focusing some back on yourself. When this chakra is under active you feel like its hard to get really close to anyone. Energizing it begins by loving yourself, showing appreciation for yourself and giving yourself the love you want others to give to you.
The fifth chakra or throat chakra gives a voice to your personal truth and clarity. When balanced you will be able to clearly speak with love, kindness and truth. When over active you will often interrupt others. Physically you may suffer from throat pain, frequent infections, cavities or mouth ulcers. Balancing this chakra is as easy as thinking before speaking. If under active you maybe shy or quiet. You may find yourself unable to express your emotions. Physical symptoms include digestive issues. Speaking your truth will energize your throat chakra.
The sixth chakra or third eye chakra when balanced you will feel in tune with both physical and material world. Yoga Is It A Religion Or Not?
This seems like a simple question, but the answer will vary depending on who you ask. Everything to do with religion is complicated. Let me show you some of the answers that I found. Quora.com states: While Yoga may be found in many religions, the numerous yoga practices involving body, breath and mind, along with their transcendent goal of direct experience, are generally neither characteristic of any particular religion nor typically practiced by the adherents of any religion. To say the word yoga itself is a religion makes about as much sense as saying that the words “union” or “holistic” constitute a religion. What’s in religion that’s missing with Yoga? Yoga has no deity to worship. Yoga has no worship services to attend. Yoga has no rituals to perform. Yoga has no sacred icons. Yoga has no creed or formal statement of religious belief. Yoga has no requirement for a confession of faith. Yoga has no ordained clergy or priests to lead religious services. Yoga has no institutional structure, leader or group of overseers. Yoga has no membership procedure, Yoga has no congregation of members or followers, Yoga has no system of temples or churches. Anyone can practice yoga, and do so either with or without religion being involved.  At CBN.com, here is the answer from Laurette who had been involved in yoga for 22 years before coming to Christ. She believes that the yoga postures are offerings to the 330 million Hindu gods. And she believes that you could be accepted by one of these gods while doing the postures. She states the bible tell us to abstain from things offered to idols. Another area of her concern is the concept of emptying the mind, which is contradictory to what Christianity teaches. She wonders what got in her mind while she emptied it. Her advice is to think twice before heading out to take a yoga class. She feels you could fall completely off track in your walk with God.
Here’s what Shay Johnson had to say: As a Christian, who is very dedicated to my spiritual beliefs, I find it interesting that so many Christians are offended by Yoga. Yet-they have no problem engaging in Western Medicine? Western Medicine is not Christian either. Many of its core values are based on evolutionary science. In some ways, science has set out to replace God and to disapprove the existence of God. But that does not seem to alarm us. Many of the medications are dangerous, even life threatening. And many, many, many of them are “mind altering.” We wont let our kids do yoga but we’ll give them ADD meds and antidepressants? We take medications that alter our brain chemistry, we take medications that poison our bodies, and we take medications that cause addictions……but we can’t get past the roots of yoga?
If you are searching for information to decide whether or not yoga is detrimental to your faith. My suggestion for you is to put aside all that you have read and try it out for yourself.
